Die stilvoll eingerichteten, klimatisierten Zimmer schaffen eine angenehme und erholsame Atmosphaere. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist 24 Stunden besetzt, um all Ihre Wuensche ( Autovermietung, Reinigung usw. ) zu erfuellen.

I decided to take a City Break and the accommodation I chose was a great pick. The location was just a 10-minute drive from the city center, making it perfect for a day of sightseeing without being disturbed by the city's noise at night. The beach was within a short walking distance, as well as the Metro station. There were also shops, bars, and a supermarket nearby for any necessities. The hotel staff were genuinely polite and helpful, and the property was clean and peaceful - the ideal retreat after a tiring day of exploring the city. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was just the right amount. I would highly recommend staying here.

The outdoor seating area has some issues with the decking. During my stay, my chair fell through a gap between the boards and I ended up injuring my arm on the decorative stones. It's been two weeks and I still have cuts and bruises. Unfortunately, the hotel's response was not satisfactory. There was a lack of communication and no offer to compensate for my injuries. I'm 63 years old and luckily nothing was broken. The hotel staff did clean and bandage my wound, but they didn't offer much else. They offered to call a doctor, but I was in shock and just wanted to move on from the incident. After speaking with other guests, I learned that this has happened before and the hotel has yet to address the issue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona during the Gartner Symposium in November 2023. While the location was convenient, I was disappointed by my experience. I was charged a hefty price of 1300€ for two nights (650€ per night) and that didn't even include breakfast. On top of that, the shower/bath tab was broken and even after complaining twice, nobody bothered to fix it. Additionally, the furniture in my room was old and worn out. When I mentioned these issues during check out, I received no compensation or apology. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

My experience at the hotel was not very satisfying. I was disappointed by the charges I incurred when I had to cancel the last two nights of my reservation. Additionally, the lack of proper communication among the staff and the inconvenient location only added to my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

My stay at the hotel was great, as it is situated in a peaceful part of Barcelona yet still close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of my dietary needs. Melanie, who worked at the reception desk, was fantastic and gave me some great recommendations for my trip to Madrid. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona.??
