INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Apolo

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Barcelona and my experience was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from The Ramblers and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. My room, a junior suite with a balcony, was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The staff were also very friendly and professional.

This hotel was fantastic during my stay in Barcelona. Its location was perfect, just a short distance from La Rambla. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including a courtesy kit, bathrobe, and even a yoga mat. The breakfast spread was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. To top it off, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Additionally, the in-room Nespresso machine was a nice touch and the space itself was quite spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect and added to my overall enjoyment of my trip.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for four nights. The employees throughout the property were fantastic, all fluent in English and eager to assist. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Our room was immaculately clean and the pillows felt like resting on a cloud, providing maximum comfort. The hotel was conveniently situated, a 10-minute walk to the Ramblas and 15 minutes to the Monduic and fountains. We also took advantage of a hop on and off tour bus ticket, allowing us to explore two different routes at our leisure for the entire day.

Recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona with my family for our wedding anniversary. Our check-in experience was pleasant, especially after a long flight, as we were able to check in earlier than expected. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room the next day. Despite leaving a "make up the room" sign, the rubbish was not disposed of, the cups were still dirty, the tissue box was empty, and the water and hand towel were not refilled. The only thing that seemed to have been done was the bed being tidied up. I was surprised by the lack of basic disinfection in the room and bathroom, as both were clearly not thoroughly cleaned. On the positive side, the receptionist staff were friendly and responsive to our complaint. However, as a frequent guest of the Melia Group chain of hotels, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.
