INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Apolo

The service was absolutely dismal. After attempting to contact the property manager for over a week, I was still unable to receive a refund. To make matters worse, I was expected to email medical records and chart documentation of a family illness in order to do so. This is a clear violation of HIPPA and is completely unacceptable.

My stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Apolo was amazing! From the moment we arrived, Marcos was incredibly helpful and professional. We were even given an upgrade! The rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Security was top-notch and the all-inclusive breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We enjoyed our breakfast sitting outside in the terrace overlooking the city, which was truly a beautiful sight. Ryan was also incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and other services. He even arranged a care package for us as we left! Araceli was a wonderful help at Can Lampazas, one of the restaurants recommended by Ryan. We had the most delicious and authentic Spanish food there. When we departed for the airport at 4am, my husband left his wallet at the front desk. The two receptionists were kind enough to hold onto it for us while we went back to retrieve it. The service at INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Apolo was top-notch and I can't wait to come back!

We stayed 1 night before joining a cruisse, when we arrived only one room was ready pre check in so we left bags and went of too explore Barcelonah with las ramblas about a 15 min walk away. Check in clerk was very friendly and recommended some great places to eat authetic tapas in 'carrer de blai' about 10 min walk from the hootel :grin:. The room was nice, cleean, modern and included a miniabar with water and juice. Breakfast the next morning was fanstastic with a great choice of hot and cold options and good quality produce :smiley:. Check out the next day was also met with friendly helpful staff who assisted us with a taxi to our cruisse ship :thumbsup:. Would defently recommend anyone stay here very handy for the port or just for a stay on the city :ok_hand:. We will defently return ! :wink:.

This large group of guests had a great experience at the hotel recently visited. All amenities and services provided were very practical, efficient, and accommodating. Everyone was incredibly pleased with their stay and no complaints were heard.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and would highly recommend it. From check-in onwards, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the hotel is conveniently situated a short walk away from the port/Las Ramblas. Breakfast was especially noteworthy, with such an abundant selection of breads (including gluten-free options), cereals, pastries, fresh fruit and a live kitchen offering freshly cooked pancakes, fried eggs and omelettes. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Many thanks.
