The location is ideal being close to the end of the Ramblas - that's about the only positive thing here ?. You have to climb two flights of marble stairs to even reach the reception, and it's only open a portion of the day, making it difficult to access. The room we had faced the Ramblas, but the windows were single-pane, causing noise issues. The room itself was incredibly small and not equipped for a comfortable stay - there was nowhere to hang your clothes and the linen was dirty. Not to mention, there was evidence of someone blowing their nose onto the wall ?. We expressed our issues, but weren't even given an invoice or recognized in any way. We ended up moving to a hotel at the same price (170 Euro/night) and had a much better stay ?. So if you're looking for a relaxing stay near the Ramblas, avoid this place at all costs ?♂️.
