We Boutique Hotel Barcelona

During our trip to Barcelona in November, we stayed at a small hotel located in the city center. ? Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. While the hotel has a "vintage" vibe, some updates are definitely needed. The couches, floor, and walls could use some repairs and a fresh coat of paint. ? We had booked a double room with a view for three nights, but upon check-in, we were given a junior suite instead. Apparently, there were no double rooms available for the first night and yet we were charged the higher rate for the suite as if it was our choice. ? The next day, we finally moved to our double room with a view, but unfortunately, we couldn't sleep well due to the outside noise. ? To make matters worse, our room was located right next to the kitchen, so we were woken up at 7 AM by the hotel employee preparing breakfast. ? Overall, our experience at this hotel was ? and we would not recommend it to others.

During my stay at a small personal hotel with an excellent location in Barcelona, I was pleased to find a variety of dining options nearby as well as convenient access to bus and metro transportation. The hotel was impressively clean and the staff were both welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for my travels, even assisting with booking transportation and accommodation. While the rooms may be small, they are perfectly adequate. The breakfast offered was fresh and, though not extensive, provided plenty of delicious choices. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel we stayed at in Barcelona was a charming, spotlessly clean establishment in a prime location. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. There were plenty of enjoyable bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Despite being a bit pricey compared to what we're used to in the UK, it seemed to be in line with the typical prices in Barcelona. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Location-wise, it was great too - there were tons of places to explore nearby. We would definitely recommend it for anyone taking their first trip to Barcelona.

This quaint little hotel is located very close to Barcelona's Arco de Triunfo, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The friendly and helpful staff were very hospitable and provide impeccable room service. With only 6 rooms, one of which is a junior suite, this 4-5 story building has a classic “old style” feel with steel accordion doors and steel pull/push doors for the quaint elevator ? (that fits 4 people max)! We stayed in the junior suite, which was quite comfortable for 4 adults, 2 of whom slept on the queen size bed and 2 on the pull out sofa. The room had two wall mounted TVs, however, the only english channel was a music video channel (not MTV, not VH1). ? The bathroom was large in comparison to the bedroom size and featured rain and hand shower heads, along with modern yet classic Spanish tiles, and recycled wood frosted windows. Plus, you get bedroom slippers and shower caps! ? And you won't be disappointed with the included breakfast, which included meats, cheeses, pastries, bread, juices, yoghurt… you name it! ? The staff were available 7am-6pm during our stay and they even provided us with an emergency number. Though it may lack some of the amenities a bigger hotel would offer, this one excels in service and making your stay as comfortable as possible! ?
