AC Hotel Victoria Suites by Marriott

We had a great stay here! The check-in process with Rene was quick and painless. The room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal, being in a residential area and just a five minute walk from the Metro. All the major attractions were easily accessible by Metro. My children (5 and 6) particularly enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and walking to Camp Nou. I'd like to give a shout out to Federico and Martina from the breakfast restaurant, who were so kind and welcoming every morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The concept of suites is perfect for family trips. This hotel is in a tranquil area close to the Camp Nou stadium. The rooms were equipped with nice furnishings and breakfast was a plentiful buffet.

My stay at the AC Hotel Victoria Suites by Marriott was unfortunately not the best. Pedro, the hotel's receptionist, was one of the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered. After traveling for over 15 hours from the US, we had paid nine days in advance for our stay and asked to check in an hour earlier so we could get some rest. But Pedro wouldn't budge, insisting that we check in at exactly 3PM. There are plenty of other great hotels in Barcelona that have far more humane customer service. Needless to say, this will be the last time we stay here.

Had an incredible stay here, the hospitality of the staff was unparalleled, the suites were much more roomy than many other European hotels. The restaurant offered exquisite dishes - I'll definitely be back! The only downside was finding a taxi online, I'd suggest asking reception to organise a ride to save yourself some bother!.

Located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Barcelona, this hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere with a good restaurant and breakfast. It is situated in the residential area Pedregal. The rooms are comfortable and modern, while the staff are responsive and helpful via the BonVoy app's chat function. Unfortunately, they lack assistance with luggage at the check-in, which may have helped me avoid a robbery. Furthermore, security cameras at the front of the hotel should be increased in number and improved in resolution, as I had an incident in which a taxi driver took off with my backpack while I was helping my handicapped mother to the entrance. Unfortunately, the hotel's security system could not monitor the license plate due to the low-quality security cameras. I hope this place bolsters their security in the future to protect their guests and maintain its solid reputation.
