During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I spent 5 nights at a hotel in the city. Our room was both spacious and spotless, making for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to all of the main attractions. One staff member in particular, Adrian at reception, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He was always willing to assist and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona.
Acta Splendid is a great hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in the city. The decor is nice and cozy, and the atmosphere is just perfect. The location is also convenient, as there are many restaurants and attractions nearby. Furthermore, the hotel is well connected with both the airport and the train station via the Aero Bus. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The quality of the bathroom products was also high. Renting a car is just a short walk away, so you have all the facilities you need. Acta Splendid is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
Stayed two nights in a Family room in Acta Splendid - found the staff to be helpful and courteous on arrival to the hotel. The room was very spacious and well stocked with amenities such as toiletries, tea/coffee and had a high level of cleanliness. What impressed me most was the hotel's convenient location to the metro and La Rambla area. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel; great value for money, very clean and friendly staff. The only downside I guess would be the lack of a bar, which is a bit of a shame as it would definitely help create a cozy atmosphere for guests to relax in.
I was very pleased with my stay at Acta Splendid. The lobby was pristine, the rooms were well-furnished and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. I loved being able to walk to nearby places of interest and the price was right. Highly recommend Acta Splendid and I look forward to returning again soon!
Had an incredibly bad experience with Acta Splendid. Advertised that all rooms had A/C, yet none of them did; just hot air spewing out of them. Unbearable to stay in the room. Receptionist was horrible and so rude, not a care in the world if you were satisfied with anything. Such a let down as the overall environment was in a nice area and the hotel looked to have been in good shape. It's unfortunate that there were dishonest advertisements and a lack of caring from the staff, especially when travelling with the elderly and children. It was dreadful. Do yourself a favour and stay away from the place. People need to know that this type of service is unacceptable. Avoid at all cost.
