Acta Voraport

housekeeping manager. Overall, I was not impressed with how Acta Voraport handled the situation and will not be staying there in the future.

I recently stayed at Acta Voraport and while the room was pleasant, the service I received was far from satisfactory. I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door handle and yet the housekeeping staff still entered my room. This made me incredibly uncomfortable, especially since this isn't the first time I have been a victim of hotel theft. I have a security camera in my room and when I received an alert on my phone that someone had entered, I called the hotel. The man I spoke to said he would contact the housekeeping staff and then hung up on me. No one bothered to call me back. When I returned to the hotel to address the incident, the front desk staff had the gall to ask me if I had put up the sign, as if to suggest that it was my fault. After I provided proof that I had, he apologized, but the whole experience was still very disappointing. Acta Voraport failed to handle the situation appropriately and I will not be returning there in the future.

The Acta Voraport is located in a modern and convenient area, with plenty of local attractions. We were warmly greeted at check-in and taken directly to our 14th floor room that had an amazing view. The lobby was inviting with a large sofa, armchairs and a free drinks machine. The room was cozy and well designed. Everything was comfortably supplied with a safe, coffee and water and some nice amenities like foot balm, pillow spray and slippers. The only downside is that there is no kettle or tea. We liked our stay here and would happily return.
