My recent stay at a hotel in Barcelona was not up to par. As a tourist on a school trip, I was disappointed to find only one small bathroom for a group of 8 people. To make matters worse, the bathroom bins had not been emptied and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. To top it off, we had to make our own beds and the communal bathrooms downstairs were also not well-maintained. The lack of soap in the sinks and no towels provided only added to the discomfort. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, as if sleeping on a rock, with pillows so thin they were practically non-existent. Breakfast was repetitive and the options were very limited, mostly store-bought items. Additionally, the vending machines in the lobby were unreliable and the hostel owners refused to give refunds for lost money. The atmosphere in the hotel was also unsettling, with strange individuals wandering around and some men behaving in a concerning manner towards children. One incident even involved a man attempting to lure teenage girls into his room, possibly armed with a knife. It took security over two hours to respond and the following day, the same man continued to make threatening gestures towards us without any intervention from the staff. In conclusion, I do not recommend staying at this hotel as the low cost comes with a multitude of issues.

This place was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness could have been better, and the bathroom didn't even have soap in it. There was an issue with the door not locking and the breakfast was not up to mark either with strange tasting cereal and yoghurt. Toast and sugary biscuits were the only other options. It's worth noting that the nearest metro station is around a 7 minute walk away, and there are no late food places close by, so do bear this in mind when coming late.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Camp Nou, which offered a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - I had asked for a new room due to another guest's loud snoring, and they obligingly provided me with a new one. The shower was good, and I was able to store my personal items in the locker under the bed. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

What a disaster! There was trash strewn all over the room and cockroaches scampering about - not something I expected to encounter in a youth hostel. It was completely unacceptable and utterly revolting.

This accommodation was ideal for our group of female athletes who were away for a training camp. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. The meals were quite decent as well. The personnel was so helpful; they went above and beyond. We had to adjust a few training sessions which left us running late, but the staff made sure the ladies would still be able to eat. I was very pleased with the level of service.
