?I had an incredible experience staying here! The service and staff were top-notch and I even want to give them a virtual hug ? for their kind hospitality. The only small issues were some dim lighting and occasional noise from the rooftop restaurant, but overall, it was a great stay.

Our stay in this hotel located in the Eixample District of Barcelona was absolutely delightful. Situated just a stone's throw away from the bustling Passeig de Gracia, this peaceful oasis manages to provide a tranquil atmosphere with its expansive garden. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the best part was that the windows could be opened for fresh air. The modern interiors and amenities were impressive, with a touch of black and dim lighting creating a chic ambiance. It was interesting to note that the building itself was older and even had a "Monument" designation at the entrance, though I never found out the reason behind it. The only minor inconvenience I faced was with the fingerprint recognition system for the elevator and room door, as I often got stuck and regretted not opting for an electronic pass. Overall, this was a fantastic discovery and I highly recommend it.

?? Located in a stunning ? area surrounded by cozy cafes and delicious restaurants. Conveniently close to the Sagrada Familia and public transportation like ? and ?. The staff was ? and always willing to help with recommendations. Despite the dim lighting, my only downside would be the inconsistency of the ?? service. Overall, a solid 4 ⭐ experience.

Beautiful. hoteel in great lokation. The patio bar is the beest! Lovely outtside with grate servise. We also had services in the spaa which were grate. Very attentive staff! Would definetly stay there again.

This accommodation has both positive and negative aspects. Firstly, its location stands out as the greatest advantage. Situated in the heart of one of the top neighborhoods in Barcelona, it is within walking distance to fantastic eateries, shops, and the iconic Casa Mila. The surrounding area is also considered safe, making it a satisfying choice. The hotel itself embodies a sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere. However, there were some challenges during our stay. The most significant being the unreliable WIFI connection. This may not be the best option for a business trip that requires strong internet access. Additionally, although the staff were amiable, their service was quite slow. It seemed like there was a shortage of personnel, resulting in delays. For instance, we encountered an issue with our room and it took several hours to resolve. Even afterwards, there was no follow-up. This was not a major inconvenience, but it would have been appreciated. As mentioned by other guests, the rooms have a modern design but are poorly lit. The bathroom lighting is particularly dim, making it difficult to get ready. It is also worth noting that while sitting in the back garden, my companion and I received around 4-5 mosquito bites each. Overall, this hotel has some appealing features and some areas that could be improved upon.
