Awful! Dont book this hotell. I book'd in March for May, canccelled one week after makin my bookin in March and was charged the full amount. They said they would refund 135 euro, a tiny amount compaired to the 1000 euro I spent. I still havnt seen that amount so have had to take it up with my bank to recover.
?The rooms here are delightful and the staff was incredibly friendly! I did have some problems with the check-in system, as you need to make an appointment which doesn't always work. ?Other than that, I highly recommend this place.✅???
