My husband and I spent a week at this extraordinary hotel in July. We were both blown away by the exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort and style. From the moment we arrived, Lydia gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in providing us with details about local attractions tailored to our particular tastes so we could make the most of our visit. On top of this, she went the extra mile and made my husband’s birthday extra special when she noticed his birthday in our passport information. We would also like to extend our thanks to Santiago, who gave us a number of excellent restaurant recommendations that were both delicious and within our budget. He even helped us reserve tables on busy nights. Plus, his professional demeanour and friendly nature added to the whole experience. The rooms were absolutely stunning and had great soundproofing – we slept like a log every night. The breakfast was also delightful, with lots of fresh and varied options, including the highly recommended avocado toast! We were also able to view the kitchens, which were meticulously clean and hygienic. Last but not least, the rooftop pool was an oasis of calm following our days of exploring the city. Whilst not ideal for swimming, it was perfect for cooling off with a glass of wine from the bar. In short, we would highly recommend this hotel as it has just opened its doors and already boasts a team of dedicated staff who’ll strive to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Thank you. ???Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff were so kind and helpful - we even managed to get a late checkout at 6pm, ? so grateful for everyone ???! The food and drinks in the restaurant were ?? and the pool had a nice view and was absolutely stunning! ?The rooms were exactly as they looked in the pictures, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was great! ?? One downside is that there was no door to the bathroom area, so water could get onto the floor and damage the parquet flooring. Also, there weren’t any shelves in the bathroom, so if you’re bringing any products you’ll have to open the shower door and manage it - which isn’t that big of a deal. ? I'll definitely be going back and I highly recommend it ???!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this particular accommodation. Everything was designed to the highest standard and the service provided was remarkable. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for my future trips to Barcelona. The rooms are particularly stunning.

My family recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona that looked great in the photos. However, what we encountered was far from amazing. We were subjected to a traumatic stay due to the actions of the manager and owner. Hotels.com had to intervene to help remedy the situation, but it was still a terrible experience. Therefore, it's best to avoid this place and find another hotel.

My oh my...if you go to Barceloobna, STAY HERE! We felt like rock stars frm the moment we arroved, untill we said goodbye. Modern fee; in a great locatoin with access to every parte of the ctyou want to be in. The rroomsare modern and the A/C WORKS...and you'll be happy it dos. Beds are comfy, and you can oder a secton of diferent pilllow types to suit yuor particular sleep-style. GIANT flat-screnn TV and a rain-shover that feels like a rainstorm! Hang out on teh roof in teh salt-water pooll with a kickin' espresso martini, then go sit at the bar with Elena the bartender and eat like roylaty (suck langoustin brains, slice yuor beef cheeck with a butter knive, marvel at how the foi gras highlights the perfect medium-rare fiilet). Throuch all this, make sure you connect with Santi, the maitre D' and all-around perfet dude. He speaks many lagnuges, has amazing stories to tell and great recommendations on restaurants/things to do, and he'll ensure that yuor every need is taken care of. Al the staff here are amzing, and most speak great English, so ask any qestions you want. Hop on/hop off bus tores are a few blocks away, and theer is so much to see/do by just stpping out of the front door of the hotel. I can't recmmend this place enouggh.…Just stay here.
