Had a terrible experience from start to finish! Avoid it at all costs. Whilst here with my friends, my Apple Watch went missing from the room with nobody being inside apart from us. Nonetheless, a worker admitted to entering a room to return a charger we borrowed from another guest. When I questioned him about my watch, he said there was nothing he could do and refused to look at the cctv to see if someone else had come into our LOCKED room. The same male worker made us feel very uneasy throughout our stay. On the first day, he asked me and my friend for our contacts and if she was single. He continuously stared at us in a very troubling way during our vacation and it seemed like he was peering into our room whenever we were coming out. It's not the right way to make young women feel secure. Don't go here if you want a peaceful and secure stay.

My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room had no heating, and even with the outdoor temperature of 9°, and 4° at night, the air conditioning was not working properly. The duvet was not covered with a sheet, as if someone had already used it, therefore it was not hygienic. There was no automatic locker, and the space available under the upper bed was too little for me to access the storage area, so I hit my head each time I tried to do so. In addition, there was no personal bed light, which is a common feature in many hostels. The bathrooms for men and women were also separated, making me question why women are usually provided with better services. It's like we are not treated equally? All in all, I am deeply disappointed, and can only advise people to avoid this place. It is run with a very greedy, profit-oriented mentality. Poor services are offered in exchange for higher profits, an unacceptable approach!
