As a tourist staying at the Barcelona City Hotel, I had a different experience. The customer service was very good, and the staff were friendly and willing to help. The facilities were great, with good wifi, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. I was able to select a quiet room and the hotel was very organized and respectful of my needs. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Barcelona.
