I had a really terrible stay. It was difficult to even book the room as I had to provide payment information, but when I tried to do so, the hotel kept rejecting my card details, no matter how many times I tried. I attempted to contact the hotel to see what the issue was, but received no response. My friend even tried to book the same room and his card was rejected too. All in all, it was a really awful experience with no explanation or response.
