I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and had a positive experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, although the room was a bit small. However, it had a warm atmosphere and there were plenty of bars in the surrounding area. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of hot and cold food, as well as coffee and tea. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although one gentleman at the front desk seemed uninterested in recommending restaurants to other guests. Luckily, we were able to point them in the direction of a nearby bakery. Overall, it was worth the stay.
This 2 star hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was adequate, staff were friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, sound insulation was a problem - windows didn't do much to muffle the noise outside, and it was easy to hear noises from other rooms. Nonetheless, it was conveniently located close to Plaza Cataluña and the bus route to the airport.
We have recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 days in July of 2022. The service was simply terrific and the staff were so accommodating when we needed assistance. In particular, we would like to give a special shout out to Genaro and Suzana for helping us out! Not to mentio, the hotel was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at BCN Urbaness Hotels Del Comte with my family for 5 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The location could not have been more convenient, with a metro station a stone’s throw away, local restaurants nearby and other amenities. Our room was cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff. We greatly appreciated the extra toiletries provided, such as the toothbrush. We also loved the rooftop swimming pool - the views of Barcelona were wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating; they helped us with whatever we needed. All in all, this was a wonderful and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend BCN Urbaness Hotels Del Comte.
You out of the hotel if you don’t take your bags out of the lobby” In sum: DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
The BCN Urbaness Del Comte is a nightmare. Utterly horrible customer service that should not exist in 2021. From the second I walked in the door, I was met with the rudest staff ever- I mean, no one should be treated like that! Even after checkout, I wasn't allowed to store my bags, and when I asked for help, the staff just yelled at me. I was in shock. I understand rules must be followed, but this hotel staff had ZERO understanding. I could go on, but the bottom line is, STAY AWAY from this place. So many better options, don't waste your time or money here. WORST. HOTEL. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
