Rooms are small but clean. The two guys at the reception were very friendly. Unfortunately, this same cannot be said for the girl who was there - she was incredibly rude and even started insulting me in Spanish when I requested the keys for the locker. When I told her I understood, she kept the insults going, along with some swear words. It was shocking to experience such bad customer service. It makes me wonder why she works in the hospitality industry if she has no respect for customers. For a better experience, I would suggest going somewhere else that treats you with the respect you deserve and a smile.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have been attempting to get my bill for two weeks now, with no response to my phone calls or emails. I explained my situation and what I needed the bill for to the staff, and they promised to send it on Monday 24th of July. Is this really how a customer, who has been spending their time trying to get this piece of information, deserves to be treated?

We arrived to find that our booking had been given away due to overbooking. It was 2am and we were 6 young girls travelling alone, stranded with nowhere to go. Despite our attempts to explain our situation, staff were rude and aggressive, even going as far as swearing and shouting. Things escalated to the point where the police had to be called and Martha even threatened to have us thrown in prison. Fortunately, the police were understanding and left. To our dismay, we still have not received a refund for our booking. The other reviews make it clear that there is a high likelihood of having nowhere to stay, so we advise against booking here. With all other accommodation being too expensive last-minute, we are now looking at cutting our holiday short and heading back to our homes tonight. Do not book here!

One - The rudest staf - spesially this Spanish girll that works in reception, they took more then 30 mins to do everry person's checkin and when I asked the reson why it took so late this girll basicly said "if you want a batter service go to annother hotel" Two - The room wasn't nothing like the picturs - dirry, smellling bad, beds with no confort at all and reallly close to each other. Three - They are extremly disorganised - we had many problems with peopel getting our beds, they don't assign you a bed, they just say take the one that it's free. Four - I allmost called the police one day due to problems with the receptionist - which didn't want to solve our problems correclty. I do not recomend this hostel to annyone, it was litterally the worsst horrible experience, I would say that the only good point about this would be the location. Five - This hostel generrated many problems to us, we don't recomend to annybody....

We booked a months in advance for a room to fit all 7 of us girls, but upon arrival were met with unhelpful staff. We were split up, with some of us in the tiny mixed room meant to fit 8 people. The air con would only work for a short period of time, and the windows wouldn't open, making it an airless sauna. One of our friends, in the other room, had to deal with a drunk man trying to attack her in the middle of the night, and the staff refused to help and gave no alternative place to stay. This person had to sleep on a chair at reception. Even after kicking the guy out, our friends had to squeeze in the single beds with us the following nights. We were also given no compensation for this. Not only was the staff unsympathetic and rude, they even whispered about us in front of us. All in all, this was an incredibly unsafe, scary and terrifying experience that we would avoid at all costs.
