When we returned at noon, we were met by a friendly receptionist who upgraded our room so that we could get into it as soon as possible. The hotel itself was great - it was clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool and cafe area. The staff were all very professional and friendly, and we had absolutely no complaints. However, our arrival experience was a little disappointing and we felt slightly disregarded when we arrived so exhausted and eager to check-in. All in all, the Best Western Premier Hotel Dante was still a pleasant experience, but one that could have been improved with a little extra effort when it came to accommodating early check-in requests.
The service I got at Best Western Premier Hotel Dante was outstanding! The staff at the front desk and at the bar were so helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with the room too. It was so clean and modern, I really appreciated the reading lights, safe and tea/coffee maker. It was the perfect place to relax and the location was great too. Just 10-15 minutes to the square and near the block of discord and La Sagrada. I loved the peace and quiet of the room. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
