Among the cheapest and most conveniently located hotels, this is a good choice. We were initially worried about the shared bathrooms, but they turned out to be clean and nice. The couple room was nice but the bed was not great and the pillows had a strange odor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the subway and the airport bus stop, which is great. Bikes are available for rent. Depending on the options available for the dates, I would potentially stay here again, but this wasn't an excellent experience, mainly due to the smell of the pillows and their condition.
We stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for 4 nights. We got checked in and were looking for a room, which we eventually found. To our disappointment, the room wasn't what we had expected from the website. To top it off, there was a camera following us around the kitchen. The next day we noticed a man in the reception staring us down. He approached us and showed us a photo of a missing air conditioning remote battery. We told him that our daughter had been playing with it, but the manager had entered the room even without our knowledge. This made us realize that this hotel is unsafe. Therefore, we would not advice bringing kids to this hotel. The service and welcome are terrible. Even our roommate complained when our daughter was crying for milk. We felt scared and watched the entire time. We would rate it 0 out of 10. Do not go there.
This charming boutique hotel is situated just a 10 minute walk away from the vibrant Las Ramblas area. Its picturesque decor gives it a sophisticated air, though it also has all the amenities you could need during your stay.
Be aware - the photos of this accommodation are much better than reality. ⚠️ There is a ⚡️shared⚡️ common area and bathrooms which you would normally associate with a hostel; thin towels, noisy guests, low levels of toilet paper ?and so on. We chose this place for its location in El Raval (which is great!) and thought it would be pretty cool to stay in a bunk-bed room with all four of us. Sadly, the room was tiny and not very clean - definitely disappointing ?.
I was not satisfied. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were unclean, and unfortunately the same can be said for my room. There was no mention of where breakfast was located and it was fairly noisy due to being on a bustling road. However, the accommodation was sizeable and the location was quite convenient. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
