I stayed at Bonanova Park for a couple of days and I felt that it was a great value for the money. The rooms were basic but with all of the features necessary for a comfortable stay. The shower was perfect and everything was especially clean. The breakfast was exactly as advertised, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. The location was great as well, as it was only a 20-minute walk to the stadium and conveniently close to bars, Metro stations, and restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
I'm a frequent traveler and have stayed at different hotels. But the experience at Bonanova Park was the worst I've ever had. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. Despite the fact that I had booked two rooms and provided the reservation numbers, the man at the reception didn't give me a second room key. He seemed disinterested and was unwilling to help. His customer service was appalling and not worthy of any stars, let alone one. The rooms were incredibly outdated and the beds were archaic, more like sunbeds than beds. I highly advise you not to make the same mistake I did and stay at Bonanova Park.
