Boutique Hotel H10 Montcada

Our stay at the Boutique Hotel H10 Montcada in December was truly unforgettable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring all that Barcelona has to offer. Being situated in the Gothic Quarter, we had the pleasure of waking up to the stunning cathedral right across the street and being within walking distance to a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooftop bar was a highlight of our visit, where we spent many evenings admiring the sunset while sipping on cold beers. The room itself was nothing short of impressive, boasting incredible views and a spacious and luxurious bathroom. We were also delighted to find a Nespresso machine with an abundance of pods and daily replenished bottled water. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more delightful. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay at the H10 Montcada again in the future.

This hotel was excellent and located in a great spot. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. It was convenient to access various landmarks, shops, and dining options by foot. The rooftop terrace was a highlight - perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the beautiful sunset. The jacuzzi also seemed inviting. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again.

Small and cozy atmosphere, perfect location for exploring??Classic rooms were compact but well-equipped and super comfy. ?Bathrooms had slippers, robes, towels, and toiletries. ?Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. ?Highlight was the rooftop bar with incredible 360-degree views of the city and stunning sunset. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. ?Friendly and helpful staff, got a warm welcome and even a glass of cava! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ?Loved every minute of our 3-night stay!

This hotel has a fantastic location. However, the room on the seventh floor was not up to par in terms of cleanliness and overall quality. There was a constant whirring noise and the light from the hallway was disruptive to sleep. Despite mentioning these issues, I did not receive a response. Based on my experience, I would rate this as a 2-star hotel. While other reviews mention pleasant extras like cava upon arrival and chocolates on the pillow, my stay felt more like being stuck in a cramped attic. As this trip was meant as a birthday treat, I am disappointed with the treatment I received, perhaps due to being a solo traveler.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, the room was well-appointed and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with a glass of cava upon arrival and were able to pass the time waiting for our room on the stunning rooftop sun deck with sweeping views of the city, including the Sagrada (just in the distance). Our room was spotless and had thoughtful extras like cookies, biscotti, water bottles, and use of robes and slippers (most of which were available to h10 members). The beds were comfortable, there was a nespresso machine, and we had a great view. Our triple room had a large queen bed and a single, with plenty of space and a huge shower. The sunset bar, terrace, and hot tub were fantastic, and the barman was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and a lovely lunch while basking in the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and near the gothic quarter and many other attractions. The staff at reception and in the sunset bar were outstanding. While we didn't have a chance to try the other bar or restaurant, we have no doubt they would have been just as wonderful. The hotel itself was stylish, but not over-the-top, making for a comfortable and stylish stay. And did I mention the exceptional service? We will definitely be back and plan to visit more h10 hotels, as our experience in Seville was just as fantastic.
