The accommodations were unfortunately situated underneath ongoing construction, making it nearly impossible to relax or rest during the day. Had we been aware of this beforehand, we would not have made a reservation. To our dismay, the management refused to offer any possibility of a refund or even a discounted rate for our inconvenience. Until it can be confirmed that the noise disturbance has ended, I would not recommend staying here due to the questionable ethics of the establishment.

My experience at this boutique hotel in Barcelona did not match the photos that were advertised. I had booked a room with a balcony and a view, but upon arrival, I found out that only two out of ten rooms actually had a private balcony. Instead of the promised balcony, our room had access to a shared terrace, which made us feel uncomfortable as we could see other guests in their rooms next door. The lock on the terrace door was also easily accessible from the outside with a swipe of a card, which made me hesitant to leave my belongings there.

The hotel itself was not up to my standards as it was dusty and dirty, triggering my allergies. I immediately informed the staff about it, but they denied it and refused to address the issue, claiming it was just paint. The receptionists were not able to assist us with our concerns and told us that all decisions had to be made by the boss, who could only be reached through WhatsApp. I would advise others to steer clear of this hotel. The only natural light in the room came from the shared terrace, so if you wanted natural light, you had to sacrifice your privacy. Additionally, the conditioner bottle was completely empty and the hairdryer was dirty. There were also numerous warnings around the hotel about potential fines if you didn't follow the rules, such as taking towels to the beach or entering the terrace after 9 pm. The signs had a very passive-aggressive tone, which was off-putting.

This boutique hotel is stunning and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend it, but it might be a good idea to book a room in the inner courtyard as it is right in the heart of the city. I would definitely book here again.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. I have visited Barcelona every summer for many years and this hotel is my favorite place to stay - it offers the best value for our money. The decoration was stunning and I loved how the little balcony was decorated. Both the room and the hotel itself were spotlessly clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. The lady at the reception and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure all our requests were fulfilled. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Stayed in a recently converted city centre apartment that was turned into 10 hotel rooms. The place is basic yet nicely decorated - ✅TV, air con, en suite shower, hair dryer, safety deposit box, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities✅. The location is ??, only 10 minutes walk to La Ramblas. There are no lifts, only steps ?, but I'd definitely come back ?.
