?This was my second visit to this hotel and it definitely won't be my last! ? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Clara who greeted me upon arrival and Alexandra who was at the front desk during my last days. ?♀️ They went above and beyond to assist with all of our requests and were always attentive and responsive. The location is unbeatable, just moments from plaza catalunya and a short walk to Ramblas. ?♂️There's a bus stop right outside and two metro stations within 100 meters. ?? Shopping, dining, and nightlife options were at our fingertips. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and top-notch cleanliness. ? They had given us a heads up about construction nearby, but it didn't bother us thanks to the soundproof windows. ? Finally, I got sick towards the end of my stay and decided to cut my trip short. When I explained my situation, the staff and manager were understanding and even refunded a night for me. ? I am extremely pleased with my overall experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. ? It will always be my go-to spot when in the city. ???
The hotel's location was fantastic, especially if you're taking the Aerobus to the airport. We only stayed for one night, but our room was simple yet cozy and impeccably clean. The unique decor throughout the hotel added an interesting touch. Breakfast was satisfying and the convenience store next door was a convenient bonus, managed by friendly and helpful individuals. However, the receptionist lacked warmth, making them solely efficient.
We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is ideal - it was very easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spotless clean. The staff were all very friendly, especially Alexa and Yixin who gave us a great deal of assistance. We would definitely stay again and are so thankful for all that was done for us.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The receptionist Alexandra was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and had an excellent view - perfect for a couple of days in the city! The location was ideal for all our needs, with a variety of transportation options, restaurants, and more all nearby. We'll definitely be back!
We had our first stay in Barcelona and we opted for this hotel. Located in the heart of the city, it made navigating the area a breeze! The staff were welcoming and helpful, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We would highly recommend this place.
