? I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and it was a disappointment. ? Despite the positive reviews, it was a very basic hotel that did not live up to its hype. Though the location was great, the area was quite noisy. ? The rooms were old and not very clean. The bathroom was also very basic. ? The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, and the room was extremely hot - even in November! ☀️ However, the staff were very friendly and the on-site cafe served delicious bocadillos. ? Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

This hotel is great for the price. Breakfast had a variety of flavors and was really interesting. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly too. It's in a great location to explore the city.
Situation parfaite, à quelques minutes à pied de tout, on peut profiter du centre-ville de Barcelone sans avoir à prendre de transport. Malheureusement, cela a un prix, environ 200 € pour la nuit. Même si l’hôtel a été récemment rénové, les chambres ne sont pas très pratiques. L’aération dans la salle de bain est plutôt mauvaise, l’ascenseur tombe en panne parfois et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours mais sans remplacer le papier toilette. Beaucoup d’Américains séjournent ici mais les services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Un grand emplacement, mais le prix doit vraiment baisser !
This hotel was far from what we expected. On our last night, the bathroom was flooded, and water spread into our room and the corridor. We had missed a reservation at a restaurant and received no understanding or compensation from the hotel. We wrote multiple times asking for them to refund part of the cost for our three-night stay, but we have not received a response. It's clear that the hotel just wants your money, and doesn't care about your experience at all. Avoid this place - service should include pre-, during-, and post-stay/booking.
