Staying at this hotel was an excellent choice for our first time in Barcelona. The staff was incredibly friendly and even offered to store our suitcases for free. The rooms and beds were satisfactory, and the complimentary breakfast made it all the more pleasant. For the price, it was more than worth it.
I recently stayed at this great hostel in Barcelona. The patios were absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly kind, and the price was definitely worth it. The location was perfect - you could easily walk to anywhere you wanted - and the rooms were kept neat and tidy. It was also really easy to make friends with other guests.
Beds are comfortable..and price is very good.
This Casa Barcelo Hostel Barcelona hotel is great! The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the cleanliness of the hostel is superb. Breakfast is free and there is a variety of options to suit everyone. The beds are also comfortable, plus the price is very reasonable! Highly recommended!
What an amasing stay! We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this hostel. The locatin was on point, neary all ths city's attractions were within walking distance?. Furthermore, exellent preventative methods were implamented doring this COVID-19 storm?. The staff really went the extra mile to give us a feeling of comfert and security!? Sitauted a few blocks away from the hussle and bussle of the Gothic Quarter, we were able to get a good nights rest?, which is not an easy feat considdering that Barcelona is the 2nd loudest city in Europe!? Located in a residential neighborhood, if your looking for a party hostel you won't find it here.?
I stayed in this hostel a weak ago with 3 of my frineds. When we arrived, we were shocked to see our room. A tiney bedroom with two bunk beds and no spce for four us to stand togehter. Bedsheets we’re dirty a long with the marresses. The locers seen in the pictures are not there anymore, only a huge roll out drawr underneath the bunk beds. Staff didn’t seem to knoe how to deal with issues or complaints. Was told the “boss” would come the next mornig to attend to our complaints and never did. The “outside terrase” was run down and closed at 9pm a long with the kitchen closing at 11pm. I understand nois at night can be annying, but you dont automatically become full at 11pm. Toilets were tiney, shower was fine. Had to ask for air conditioing to be turned on multiple times, and we returned one night our bedroom door unlcoked when we triple checked that it was locked before we left. The nice window/balcony seen in the pictures we’re not apart of our room (which we had expected), we only had a glass door/windoe that led to buildings on either side and had no ntural sunlight or air. If we had left the window open during the nght, it was accessable from the bathroom, anyone could come in. Hostel is located at the bottom floor of an aparment complex and the door to the hostel was always left open. Felt very usafe and unclean staying at this hostel and wouldn’t recomend it to anyone to spend over €300 on this place, or any money at all…
