The Boutique Barcelona Bed and Breakfast is a centrally located 2 star bed and breakfast, on a modernist building. Helpful and friendly staff, will help you on any direction you need. Simple but complete breakfast. Sometimes you do not need to go to a 3 or 4 stars hotel for a city break. Great B&B in a great location.

Reviewing the stay at this ? recently was a rather mixed experience. Despite the great location, the ? code provided to access the hotel was never ?sent, which could have been avoided. The glass door to the balcony provided no soundproofing from ?traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning also didn’t work, making it quite ?cold during the night. On the bright side, the building was ?beautiful, the suite was of reasonable size and the space was pleasant overall. ?Mixed experience.
Al principio, el trato al cliente fue deplorable. El sistema de entrada es complicado y no era de ayuda para alguien mayor. Tampoco se pudo contactar al conserje, fue como un mito. Esto fue sólo el comienzo, porque tras haber resintonizado la televisión varias veces, al día siguiente seguía sin funcionar. Y a pesar de que las llamadas al teléfono de contacto eran constantes, nadie hizo nada. Finalmente, decidimos obviarlo y dejar una nota sutil y sarcástica para expresar nuestra frustración, pero el servicio seguía siendo lamentable. En conclusión, después de esta mala experiencia, no podemos recomendar el alojamiento.
