During our stay at the Catalonia Gracia Hotel in Barcelona, we were extremely disappointed with the room we were given. Our room was located right next to a building undergoing renovations, which resulted in loud banging on the walls throughout the day. This started early in the morning and continued late into the evening, making it difficult for us to rest and relax. It was evident that the hotel should not have rented this room out, as it was not suitable for guests. Unfortunately, we were not warned about this inconvenience beforehand and were not offered any solutions such as earplugs, a room change, or compensation. The hotel staff simply dismissed the issue as not their responsibility. To make matters worse, the bathroom in our room had a strange smell and the plug was not functioning properly, causing water to drain out before we were finished using it. Overall, our experience at this hotel was unsatisfactory and we would not recommend it to others. It is clear that the management of this hotel does not prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its guests.
As someone who recently visited Barcelona and stayed at a hotel in the Gracia area, I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money. The hotel's location was ideal, being conveniently close to both Gracia and Psg d Gracia. I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable and the room spacious. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. My only small complaint would be that the water in the bathtub drained a bit slowly, but it was a minor issue that I easily overlooked. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Barcelona.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stayed here for a weekend with friends and overall it was ?. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but still had everything we needed. The location was ? and the fact that we could easily walk to public transportation was ?. We didn't try the food, but can't complain about the price ?. Overall, a solid stay!
The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to shops and restaurants. As someone who was new to Barcelona and a bit lacking in Spanish skills, I was grateful for the warmth, patience, and assistance of the staff. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and contemporary. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?: Loved the room at this hotel! It was in a perfect location right in the heart of the city. ??? were just steps away. The only downside was the wifi ? which was spotty and unreliable. Kept cutting in and out and couldn't load anything properly.
