My experience at the Catalonia Park Putxet Hotel in Barcelona was overall satisfactory. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating during my stay. The breakfast provided was plentiful and diverse, however, the layout of the breakfast room could be improved as it often became overcrowded. Although my room was on the smaller side, I was pleased with the impressive views from the good-sized terrace. Housekeeping was exceptional and I had very few complaints. The only two areas for improvement would be to have a ramp for easier access with luggage and a later room service option, as 10:30 PM is rather early, especially in Spain. On a positive note, the plunge pool and rooftop terrace were standout features that added to the overall appeal of the hotel.
The view from my balcony was lovely. The breakfast was delicious - an assortment of pastries, cheese, eggs, and fresh fruit. Everything was very tasty. I especially liked the coffee. All in all, I had a great experience and I would recommend Catalonia Park Putxet to anyone. I will certainly be back in the future.
I had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Park Putxet. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. My room was immaculate and had a nice view from the balcony. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful. I took advantage of the pool and was surprised that it was open despite the cold weather. The selection for breakfast was impressive - croissants, omelettes, various cheeses, and fresh fruit. My favourite part was the coffee which was so delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to returning in the near future.
The common areas were nice with good atmospher, the breakfast however was a little bit poor. I would recommend Catalonia Park Puxtet to someone looking for a well located place to stay but choose a higher floor to avoid the noise.
I recently stayed at Catalonia Park Putxet which is conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the Lesseps metro station. We were assigned to a room on the ground floor which to be honest felt quite intrusive with no privacy. The common areas were cozy and relaxing, but the breakfast left much to be desired. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location and proximity to transportation, but suggest requesting a higher floor if possible to avoid any noise from the street.
Overall, it's an average place to stay at. The rooms were quite basic and the bedsheets didn't seem very clean. The staff was friendly, but the service wasn't very good. Breakfast was great, but the other meals were average. The facilities weren't very modern. Parking was convenient and quite affordable. All in all, it wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't stay there again. Not good value for money.
Travelled on business. Was pleasantly surprised with the location; the Metro was nearby along with some nice walking trails. Positives. Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff were friendly, especially those in the snack bar. Breakfast was delicious and the snacks were great too. Negatives. Rooms were a bit outdated but serviceable. Could hear other rooms and people in the corridors, which was a bit of a disruption. Price was a bit on the higher side. Didn't get to check out the pool or gym unfortunately.
