The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. The hotel has a very pleasant decor, clean and cozy. I just wish they had more amenities, like a fridge or a safe. Overall, if you're looking for an economical option in a great location, Chic&basic Zoo is worth it.
I recently stayed at Chic&basic Zoo and really enjoyed my time there. The location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Ramblas and Las Rambles Metro Station. The staff were really friendly, and the decor of the hotel was really pleasant and clean. The beds were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. However, it fell a bit short on some amenities. There was no coffee maker in the room, only a shared one in the hallway. There were also no glasses or fridge in the room. Despite these shortcomings, I still found the hotel to be great value for money and would recommend it if you don't mind basic amenities.
