This was our fourth stay at the Citadines in Barcelona and it proved once again to be an excellent choice. Located right on the lively Ramblas this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. The studio room was great, allowing us to do some light cooking to save on expenses. The staff were always friendly and helpful - special thanks to Marc for all his assistance. Highly recommended, Citadines Barcelona is an excellent hotel.
Everything is very beautiful; the location and rooms are excellent. However, what was not acceptable was the fact that there was no cleaning done in our room for our four-night stay. We were told that no cleaning is done if you stay less than seven days. This was a huge letdown as it was not like this when I stayed here before. Towels and garbage were not changed either and it felt very silly.
I had an amazing stay at Citadines Ramblas Barcelona. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The rooms were fully equipped with kettles, coffee/tea, and even a good selection of toiletries. The location was also superb, right next to the market and the Catalunya train station. You really get great value for your money here. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel experience.
