Our week-long stay was truly enjoyable and met our expectations. The listing accurately portrayed the accommodations, which were perfect for my partner and me. The staff, led by Sylvia, were consistently friendly and eager to assist. They greeted us warmly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and navigating the city. The location is unbeatable, situated in an upscale neighborhood and conveniently close to all attractions. When we come back to Barcelona, we will definitely be revisiting this gem. Overall, it offers great value for the cost of travel. Thank you for contributing to our wonderful first visit to your stunning city.
This place was a little ? to find, and the lift was too small to fit ?. The room we had had a window that was facing a wall, so no daylight ?. The receptionist didn't speak ?? and seemed a bit grumpy. ? On the bright side, the price was really good for two nights, ? the location was fantastic, as you could find a 24h store nearby, and the room was clean!?
I made a reservation with a nonrefundable fare and tried to cancel it shortly after. Unfortunately, within 5 days I didn't get any response, but the booking was cancelled and a full amount of 4 nights (over €1000!) was taken away without any refunds. Furthermore, the room was resold to someone else. There seemed to be a language barrier as well, because almost no one there spoke English, and the one person that did, was extremely unwelcoming. Not even my letter to the manager was answered. Avoid this place, as the cheap price comes with a price. Stayed in February 2020.
Sadly, I was unable to take my planned trip to Barcelona due to flight issues outside of my control. I informed the accommodation early in the morning, but still they refused to issue a refund for the booking, despite local attractions providing one for unused tickets. Though my booking was non-refundable, I was still expecting some more consideration from the establishment in light of the exceptional situation. Therefore, be aware that you should not count on them if any issue stops you from traveling to Barcelona. For my next trip to the city, and any other future trips, I will certainly avoid this accommodation.
I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant twice during my stay in Barcelona and, both times, the service was outstanding and the food was scrumptious. After a trip to Camp Nou, my friends and I were in search of somewhere to eat late at night - this place was a great choice! The tapas were excellent and the Rioja was delightful. On the second visit, our friends joined us and the staff were more than accommodating - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Again, the tapas were excellent. Muchas gracias amigos!
