The spot we stayed at was in the ideal spot. We were right in the middle of the city and close to a metro station. Both of the staff were very helpful with giving us directions and giving us a map to better explore the area. The accommodation was neat and tidy – towels were replaced whenever requested and the shared bathroom was spick and span.

We had a really bad stay! The attendant was very rude and irresponsible. We had to wait for 4 hours with our luggage in the street to get the keys for the house and room. Even after calling him multiple times, he didn't respond. The entire time we were there we felt extremely uncomfortable. We would not recommend this place to anyone. We're thoroughly disappointed.

Chose to stay here since it had a cheaper rate compared to other locations and we came during a busy touristy season. The main entrance didn't look particularly inviting but I knew it wasn't going to be a high-end hotel. Luca greeted us upon arrival and was very lovely and attentive. The hallway and dining area were immaculate when we first saw them; however, our room was a tiny twin room, not very spacious but we weren't going to complain. We spent five days here and grew accustomed to it - It was unfortunately hot every night and one fan between us wasn't the best situation. Overall I think it was a good place to stay for its location; we went out on the balcony to smoke often and nobody ever disturbed us as we hardly saw anyone. It's close to the Sagrada Familia and within walking distance to nearly everything - Fantastic. We were out all the time so the room wasn't a priority for us - the beds weren't the most comfortable either. With the price I paid in mind, it wasn't worth it and probably wouldn't stay again, however, it was a pleasant experience overall.

This was an ideal place to stay while I was visiting Barcelona. My accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had my own bedroom plus access to a shared bathroom. The host, Maria, was delightful and charming. I would certainly recommend this place and use it again.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this accommodation to anyone. We encountered a major bedbug infestation upon our first night here - unsurprisingly, we were left with over 150 bites between us, leaving us with itchy skin and other irritation. We had to throw away much of our belongings and find accommodation elsewhere, at a significant expense. The owner was gracious enough to provide a refund, however. From the sheer volume of our bites, it is clear that the cleaning is not up to proper standards - how this issue had not been tackled earlier truly astounds me. I have included photographs of the bites we sustained, and of the bedbugs themselves, for your reference.
