This was by far the worst hostel experience I have ever had. We arrived late due to travel delays, and were not allowed to check-in. As it was Sunday evening and everywhere was closed, we begged for permission to charge our phones so that we could go somewhere else. Instead of helping us, though, they shouted at us in a language we could not understand and verbally and physically attacked us so much that we had to call the police. To add insult to injury, they also blocked our number and booking and still charged us for the two nights we were meant to stay- even though they refused to let us in ????? This is NOT a place for travellers - stay away at all costs!
