This hostel was decent, with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. However, there were a few issues. The nights were unbearably cold due to thin blankets and the air conditioner running all night long. Despite temperatures outside being 30°C, I was freezing! Also, one of the two hair dryers was totally broken while the other one became scalding hot after only a minute of use. My boyfriend was even worse off, as there were no working hair dryers in the boys' bathroom and no storage surfaces in the showers. Breakfast was disappointing, with white toast, cheap marmalade, and overly sweet chocolate cream, as well as the worst coffee I have ever tasted - it was like drinking water! Despite this, I still give it some points since there are plenty of buses and supermarkets nearby.
I liked my stay there ?. The interior of the rooms had their limits. Well designed but the locks makes some noise and during the night was a bit desturbing ? but for the rest ?. The special beds gives a lot of privacy ?, kitchen ? and public space is really nice ? and he personnel is very good ?. I had the pleasure of meeting Julieta ? which is a very nice person. She gave soo much great tips ?. A very nice person to meet ?. So basicly it's a good hostel with great personnel! ?????
I had a horrible experience at a hostel - I found my bed to be infested with bed bugs. I had to take multiple trips to the doctor and spend over €200 on medication, including steroids, to help with the allergic reaction. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they refused to do anything until someone else complained. I emailed them out of courtesy, hoping they would take the necessary precautions and get a professional in to inspect the room, but unfortunately they weren't taking my complaint seriously. The bites I had on my legs, back, neck, hands, and face were so bad my hands had swollen up and I couldn't close them into a fist properly. On my face, it looked like I had bruises under my eyes, and the ones on my legs even went purple. Needless to say, they were itchy and unsightly. I would strongly advise against staying here, and hope my warning is heeded so that you don't have to go through the same ordeal I did.
This accommodation was perfect for my stay in Barcelona. It was a brand-new hostel with lots of privacy, as each bed had its own curtain. It was well-connected to the city centre, plus there was a 24/7 reception. Additionally, there was a great, cozy common area and kitchen where I could whip up my own meals. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

For countless emails reaching out to this company, they don't care for anything beyond reasonable to reach out us, no response of whatsoever. My reviews title, speaks itself on this organization. We were cancelled and declared as a no show even though we arrived at the property because they gave our rooms to the walk-ins. Double income, right? Charged us the room and charge the newly walk-ins. Daytime robbers - Firstly, we did not arrive at the property 12nn-1pm as per what they said. - Secondly, circumstances in traveling sometimes are beyond our control. Why didn’t they email me to at least let us know? And we shouldn’t have gone to the property if that makes us a no show. - Thirdly, there are no terms and conditions on their website and on Booking.com that if we were late it would be considered a “no show” and the cancellation policy is if “we” cancelled the reservation but we are not the one who cancelled it. - Fourthly, we booked 2 nights and we understand that the first night was already been charged and non-refundable but what about our 2nd night? We were there at the property instead they gave our reservations to others (double income for them whilst we were robbed on the highway by them doing it to us). - Lastly, if it was explained to us nicely at the reception without disrespect, rudeness and racism! We would have walked away from this scenario and forgotten about it. The receptionist nor the hotel should’ve replied to us or even apologized, but none whatsoever (I guess they’ve been doing this scamming and making false statements to chosen guests only). It's only 35 euro but we don't care even if it's just 1 euro per/night, our main purpose is not because of the money but for our right and their lies and the rudeness of the receptionist when we arrived. We trust Booking.com’s listing and this shouldn’t have happened for how many years we’ve been using your service. This is the first time and we’ve known this kind of scam from a hostels. Unacceptable service!….
