I really enjoyed my stay at this ?. It was perfect for my family as it was comfortable and well equipped - both the rooms and the common area. The staff were so friendly ? and helpful ?, far beyond what you'd expect from a regular hotel. It was a great combination of the convenience of a hotel ?️ and the homeliness of an Airbnb ?. Highly recommended! ?

This hotel is in the perfect location and the staff are so accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was both roomy and cozy at the same time. The amenities were great and we especially loved the breakfast! It was a generous spread of meats, cheeses, sandwiches, baked goods, yogurts and smoothies. It wasn't overcrowded and there was no concern of excess food being thrown out. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again.

The Service staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They surpassed my expectations and made me feel right at home. The room was terrific and the location was top notch. I had the best stay here and would highly recommend it!

We were certainly apprehensive when we decided to stay here based off the name alone. Yet, we were relieved to find that it was extremely easy to locate the place - thanks to our taxi driver who guided us down a narrow alleyway and the use of Google Maps Street View. Upon entering, we found that the place was very secure and monitored 24 hours - plus had to ring a bell to enter. To our surprise, our unit on the fourth floor was nothing short of a full-fledged apartment. It had one large room with a comfortable bed, a dining area, a kitchen that was fully-equipped and two bathrooms. Though the reviews about the lukewarm water were accurate, we weren't too fazed as we expected it. We also loved the fact that it was a bit off the main street, which helped us sleep in peace at night. The booking included breakfast, which wasn't bad but became quite monotonous over time. There's free coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7 and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Last but not least, the place is close to the Gothic quarter, so there's no dearth of things to do and places to explore. If you're looking for a hotel experience without having to worry about the Hotel designation, you won't regret coming here.

I recently stayed at Eco Boutique Hostal Grau and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so helpful and friendly, always with a smile and a helping hand. The rooms were spotless and decorated to a high standard, with plenty of attention to detail. They are situated in the centre of town, within easy reach of transport links and great for exploring the city on foot. Although the area can get quite noisy at night, the hostal has soundproofed windows so you won't be disturbed no matter how active the nightlife is. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Hostal Grau if you're looking for a home away from home.
