We had a great time at this guest house in Barcelona. Although our room did not come with air conditioning, the fan was enough to get us through the hot summer months. We should have done more research before booking, as the building is quite old. Nonetheless, we got exactly what we paid for and would happily recommend this place.
I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights in total. The girl working at the front desk, a woman from Georgia, persistently offered me cocaine and 'anything else I may need while I'm there.' This made me extremely uncomfortable and scared me about the security of the hostel. The rooms were dark and not comfortable, as many other reviews have stated. When I asked the Georgian front desk worker if I could upgrade my room, she told me that option was available for customers who 'buy extra.' I felt this meant I can only change my room if I purchased illegal drugs from her. This was an appalling experience. I would not recommmend this hostel unless you are a drug addict.

I decided to book here only 28 hours before my stay and due to flight issues I had to contact them to cancel and ask for help/refund with a fine they had. Unfortunately, they told me I needed to cancel 5 days before and didn't offer any help. They kept all my money and I didn't even get to use their services. Furthermore, when I told them I would leave a negative review due to their poor support, they got mad. ??♂️ I would suggest double checking the cancellation policy before you book this place, or go with a different option such as Booking.com. ?? ? ?? ♂️ ??
I had an amazing stay at this guest house ?! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful ?. The neighborhood was fabulous and getting around the city was easy peasy ?. The room was spotless and the terrace was an awesome place to relax and take it all in ?. Highly recommended ?!
We spent a single night in a private room with friends and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the price. Our rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were quite comfortable - with a great balcony view too! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even offered us free tea and coffee - which was amazing. All in all, it was a great experience and fantastic value for money.
