During our recent trip to Barcelona, my family and I stayed at a hotel for four nights. The beds were cozy and the breakfast spread had a diverse selection of food. Our room included a bathtub, which was a much needed luxury after a tiring day of exploring the city. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful. However, we were caught off guard by the visitor tax that is applicable in Barcelona. As we had booked our trip through a travel agency, we were not aware of this additional charge and had to pay it separately. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short stroll from the Poble Sec subway stop. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast offered more than enough options. Our room was spacious enough for our needs. The only downside was the view of the backyard.
