This was an excellent choice for our stay in Barcelona! The location of Exe Plaza Catalunya was perfect--right next to the iconic Plaza Catalyuna and surrounded by charming neighborhoods. The hotel itself was modern and spotless, easily accessible by metro to explore the rest of the city. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite decent, offering plenty of options to start the day. All in all, it was a great experience and we'd definitely stay there again!
Extremely friendly & efficient. Nothing too much trouble. I had the pleasure of meeting the internacional reception staff, Diego in particular, and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Though not a five star hotel in terms of facilities, it still had everything a normal traveler needs. The bedrooms were spacious and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
I stayed in Exe Plaza Catalunya last summer and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The hotel is quite modern with a well maintained decor. The public areas are clean and comfortable. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. We were provided with a kettle, tea, coffee and a selection of toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always available to help with any issues we had. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. The location is also great, very close to the city centre, with easy access to local attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Barcelona.
