This hotel did not provide the service that they charged for. The staff had absolutely no interest in providing service or engaging with customers. Despite explaining my difficult travel situation, they still charged me for a day that I didn't stay there. It has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had on my many trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family rooms were spotless, cozy but still luxurious. The restaurant was outstanding, especially their care in accommodating our severe milk allergy. Additionally, the hotel was well-located and the rooftop bar had breathtaking views. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel extra special. From Jose to Brenda, and from Eduardo to Alla, thank you for the great hospitality! We look forward to our next stay at a hotel affiliated with this chain, and possibly a return to this one. Thank you!

I was ? very disappointed ? with the humiliating behavior of the reception. My child felt bad and water was urgently needed, and sadly there was no water in the room. In order to not waste the time, I wanted to take one of the many bottles of filtered water that were at the entrance as a welcome drink ?. But unfortunately, a woman from the reception desk ?‍♀️caught me near the elevator and asked me to return the bottle back! Explaining this by the fact that this is water for those who come ?‍♂️. It’s absolutely ? absurd and not friendly to take a bottle of water from the hands of a hotel guest and not ask if everything is Ok ?. Such command of employees doesn't cause a desire to come back ?‍♂️. There are many other hotels nearby with a more professional and empathetic attitude to guests ?.

At this hotel, I found the reception staff to be quite off-putting. As I arrived early to the bar area, I was questioned about my reason for being there. Upon informing them I was simply waiting for a friend, I was still met with hostility. In the end, I decided to go and have my drinks elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona for a week on the last leg of a four week visit to Spain. We were attracted by its location in up-scale Eixample and its many positive reviews. The best feature was its location - just around the corner from Gaudi’s La Pedrera and the boutiques of Passeig de Gracia, and within walking distance of the districts many restaurants and coffee shops (we particularly appreciated Baluard’s, the nearby French bakery where we had a delicious and inexpensive breakfast every day). The hotel has a small entrance and check-in area, as well as a well-lit lounge and pleasant garden area and rooftop pool and patio. We booked a Classic Terrace room which was small but thoughtfully furnished and included a small outdoor terrace with a view of the hotel garden and the rooftop of La Pedrera. The area in which this hotel did not meet our expectations was in terms of front desk service which in our experience was inconsistent, pleasant enough but disengaged and for the mest part not very knowledgeable about the area and particularly its restaurants. This contrasted with the exemplary front desk service which we had just experienced elsewhere. Service issues notwithstanding, we would nevertheless recommend this hotel for its great location and its facilities.
