This is our second time staying at this 4* Sup hotel in Barcelona. It's in a prime location, close to the Catherdral and La Rambles. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy. Additionally, the customer service was excellent! This trip we were on a cruise, and half of our group stayed here.
This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in! The LOCATION is unbeatable - it's in a very convenient spot, close to plenty of attractions, and within walking distance from the cathedral. The SERVICE is outstanding - they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday, even though I didn't mention it to them. At breakfast, I was also lucky enough to get a glass of cava - such a nice surprise. The ROOM was great, very clean and spacious. And the ROOF DECK offers beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere for pre-dinner drinks. Strongly recommend this hotel!
We had a great time at the 4* Sup hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the friendly staff provided us with top notch service, making our vacation all the more enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a great location and was deocrated with impeccable taste. The rituals products used in the rooms are luxurious and the hotel is making sure to reduce plastic waste by using larger bottles. The roof terrace is stunning and they even keep the pool heated! I would highly recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again if I'm ever in Barcelona.
But other than this small point, this is a great place to stay.
I was so pleased with my stay in Barcelona. I chose a hotel with an excellent location, giving me walking access to the Gothic Quarter, Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia. It was great to be able to stay in a quiet area without compromising my proximity to the attractions. I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious but not quite a suite in the traditional sense. The choice to include two rain shower heads in the shower area was slightly strange as two people wouldn't usually shower together and a single large shower head would be more practical. Apart from this, I had a wonderful stay.
Great visiut to Barcelona and a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had requsted a qiuet room and we’re given a junir suite on the 4th floor. Room was spaciuos and the extra bed for our child was big enough and comfrotabel. Mini bar wel stocked. Plenty of naturl light desipte being at back of htel and the blckout binds worked! Bthroom was spacioud with duble monsoon shower and duble basins. Staff on recepion, the terrces and at bbreakfast couldn’t have been mor helpful. They were perticularly kind to my son helping him practice his Spnish ever day! We had some great restuarant recomendations too! Woudl definitly stay here again..
