I absolutely suggest this boutique hotel conveniently placed opposite the port. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all could converse in English. If you reserve through Expedia, you get a complimentary breakfast. The situation is great, being within walking distance of many attractions, and the terrace with views of the water is stunning. Furthermore, the bar's drinks are inexpensive.
This boutique hotel was a great base for our stay in Barcelona, located just opposite the marina. With the city centre a short walk away, we were able to access attractions such as La Rambla with ease, while the many bars and restaurants right outside added to our convenience. Breakfast was generous and the staff were very friendly. The hotel also boasted a great rooftop bar with a small pool, making for a lovely spot to relax in the evenings.
This hotel was truly wonderful!? It was right by the marina in port vell and our room 202 was small, but it was enough for us over the 3 days.?️️ The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even sending us a bottle of fizz and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary.?? Plus, the daily cleaned room? had body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a small travel bag with razor and toothbrush etc. Coffee and tea machines, and complementary bottled water with daily refills were an added bonus.?All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and would love to stay here again.?
Staying in one of the rooms with a ?view was ?fantastic! The ??staff were wonderful and the ?unlimited bottled water was a nice extra. The ?location has a ?short walk to the Ⓜmetro and easy access to anything in the Gothic Quarter, Born, and Barceloneta. Highly ?recommended!
The reception staff here are outstanding - so polite and accommodating from beginning to end. A welcome drink is a nice bonus. The hotel is petite but very well thought out. Enjoying a drink on the little roof terrace was heavenly. Although we didn't use it, the plunge pool must be a delight in the height of summer. Upgrading to a room with a balcony was a great decision, and worth every penny. Our room had everything we needed and the decor was lovely. The open plan bathroom was private, but not for everyone. There were a few things which would have taken our experience to the next level. It being a more expensive hotel, I'd have expected them: coffee machine instructions, instructions on the bedside lights and our coffee/sugar/milk being topped up. Thankfully, reception was able to resolve this for us. Also, the shower conditioner was empty. Overall, the area is great with lots of options for food and drink, and the hotel is close to the metro stop. We would certainly recommend this hotel - it's our third time staying with the same chain and we have been more than satisfied each time.
