Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible room to the impeccable cleanliness and organization, we were thoroughly impressed. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and we are already planning our return trip. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and assisted us in finding everything we needed.
I was truly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at H10 Universitat Hotel in Barcelona. The breakfast buffet was simply fantastic, offering authentic products and a wide variety of options. It's clear that H10 is a top-notch hotel brand. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of our room. And getting to the hotel from the airport via aerobus was a piece of cake, making the conveniently located H10 Universitat even more appealing. Overall, our stay here exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
The location was ideal, the staff was excellent and the rooms were lovely. We opted for the airport bus (A2) which took around 25 minutes in traffic and had 3 stops before reaching our destination, costing 6.95 per person. From there, it was just a short 5 minute walk to get to the hotel. On our way back, we decided to take a taxi (bolt) for less than 20 euro. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Celia who gave us fantastic recommendations for places to explore. As we had joined their loyalty club when booking, we were treated to a complimentary cocktail or drink at the rooftop bar. The views were breathtaking and the cocktails were delicious! The other hotel under the same brand was only a 3 minute walk away, so there wasn't much difference (except for the rooftop bar). The rooms were spacious, with a large bed and even a terrace. It was my birthday during our stay and the team even surprised us with a bottle of cava. We did a lot of sightseeing and took a taxi to the beach after a long day of walking. We also visited some amazing hidden cocktail bars, Monk and Paradiso, and had the most incredible paella at El Congrejo Loco. All three places were highly recommended by Celia, who truly made our stay even better. Thank you again and we would happily stay here again. It was truly the best 24 hours in Barcelona!
Our stay was fantastic in every way. A special thank you to Christian for assisting us with booking tickets and suggesting the Flamenco dance. The hotel's location, breakfast, staff, and room were all exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in an unbeatable location.
My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The accommodations and personnel exceeded my expectations. The room was generously sized and extremely cozy. The bed provided the most restful sleep I have had and the pillows were truly delightful. The rooftop terrace bar was the perfect spot to unwind after a full day of exploring. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with two metro stations nearby and a short stroll to the square to catch the hop on hop off buses. There was no shortage of dining options and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area.
