My stay at this hotel was great! ? The room was tiny but incredibly clean ?, and the bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were warm ?️. Every furnishing and appliance looked brand new ?! It's located in a great spot, walking distance to the city's main attractions ?️. Even though the check-in was a bit abrupt, I was able to get my room without any problems ?. Highly recommended ?!

The tittle is explisit: they asigned us a corido instead of a room that unfortunatly we had pre-payed, so no refunds or cahges. It was a spcae of 4mtrs x 3 sold even as a tripple, with consume furnitre, a wardrob that to open it was nesesary to remove a bedside table, with an old an noisuy portable air condtioner that at night was nessecary to turn off for the noise, so the rom was tranforming in a sauna! Tv with remote contol broken. Teh window was overlookig a small space used as a dicard of used furnitre. The exracomunity recptionist, who at night was dozeing on the floor accovaciated on a dirte blanket (like the whole strucure) was rogh and unpresentable. All (fortunatelly without breakfast) for €203 x 2 nights in offerissma if not would cost double. The fotos given on the sites are fake refrring to the pas times. But no catalan autorities give checks?

Staying at this place was a ?! Photos on the website were highly deceptive - the shared bathroom was in terrible condition and not even clean. The room was also cramped and didn't offer much space. As for the staff, it was far from pleasant. In fact, every night the reception area had one of the employee ?sleeping on the floor. Definitely wouldn't recommend it! ?‍♂️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♂️?‍♂️

The rooms I stayed in were of a modern standard, even if a tad small. The shared restroom was satisfactory, but it does depend on the other guests and how they leave it. During my stay, I was feeling under the weather, and the staff were incredibly kind! What really made my stay memorable was the helpfulness of the staff and cleaning lady, who even suggested a place for me to get a tasty chicken soup which did the trick! Although this place may not be the best value for money, its good location and friendly staff make it worth mentioning.

On Sunday morning, I was woken up at 8.30am by the noise of a person at the reception speaking loudly on the phone. When I asked them to reduce the noise, I was met with a rude response of "don't discuss this with me. It's your problem if your room is close to the reception". Such an unprofessional attitude was incredibly disappointing and highly unsatisfactory. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, there are plenty of better options out there and definitely far better customer service.
