This hotel was simply amazing! It was centrally located in Barcelona, close to public transport and the bus stop to the airport (Plaza de Catalunya). The area was peaceful with plenty of places to eat, both for dinner and breakfast. We had a room with a wonderful view of the Palau de la Musica Catalana.
Centrallissimo ostelo di fronte al maraviglioso Palau della Musica Catalana. Situato al secondo piano, senza assensore, di un palazzo storico a 200 metri dalla Ramblas e talmente centrale da girare tutto il Barrio Gotico e la Barceloneta a piedi. Host disponbilissimi e sempre presenti. Si tratta di un appartamento sudiviso in varie spaziose stanze dotate ognuna di bagno privato. Nell'area comune ci sono tre tavoli per la prima colazione, un comodissimo divano e una TV. Al rientro dalle escursioni c'è sempre la possibilità di preparare una tizana o un caffè. La colazione è semplice ma completa (late, caffè, cioccolato, the, frutta fresca, marmellate e toast). Consigliatissimo.
I just stayed at the Hostal del Palau in Barcelona and absolutely loved it! The private rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my own private bathroom with both a shower and toilet. The location was ideal, right across the street from the Palau de la Música Catalana designed by Gaudi. The service was also great, with the staff being friendly and speaking both Spanish and English. Highly recommended!
