This accommodation was a great pick! Its location was excellent, just a short distance from Las Ramblas. All of the rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and roomy, with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. This hotel was situated in the charming Gothic quarter of Barcelona, with lovely old buildings all around.
The cancellation fee was incredibly high - 70% - and the staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic. They refused to reduce the fee, so I cannot recommend this place. Stay away!
I stayed in a hotel located only a few minutes' walk away from La Rambla and next to Placa de la Merce with the stunning church. The accommodation was small and quite simple, but very comfortable with its doors opening onto a lovely shared terrace at the back. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. Despite a few late- night guests returning home, the place was really quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly, though they knew only a little English. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and even a supermarket close by. While slightly pricey for basic accommodation, its prime spot in the heart of Barcelona made it a perfect spot for my short two-night stay.
This place wasn't great but at least it was clean ?. The price was reasonable, however, it was impossible to get a good night's rest since construction started at 07:30 ?. All in all, it wasn't the best experience I've had so ? I can't recommend it.
My stay at this hotel was great! ? The room was incredibly bright and had plenty of space - so cozy! The balcony was a perfect spot to admire the stunning view. ? There was even a bathtub in the bathroom, which was awesome. ? The service was excellent and the prices were very affordable! ? The location was also perfect - I could get around the city on foot without a problem.? In conclusion, I had a lovely stay and I'm so glad I chose this place. ? Thank you!
