Very pleased with my stay at this hostel! It had a great location and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and had good air conditioning. WIFI connection was strong, which is an important factor for many travelers in Spain. Prices were quite reasonable. All things considered, I was satisfied with the quality of the hostel. No complaints!
We had a twin room with a private toilet and shower, plus a balcony (108) - we stayed for 5 nights. Everything was incredibly clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and available 24/7, making us feel very safe and secure. This accommodation is amazing value and in the perfect spot, a stone's throw away from the famous La Boqueria market and close to everywhere around Barcelona - the Metro was only a 2 minute walk away, and Barceloneta beach about a 25 minute walk. The room was very quiet at night and there was no noise from outside. The shower had good pressure and the toilet was clean. The room was equipped with a fridge to keep water cold, and the reception sell refreshments for a good price. There was an air conditioning unit with an auto mode, and we were asked daily if we needed a room clean. The balcony was small but had a table and chairs for two, which was great for enjoying our morning coffee! We had to hand the key to reception every time we left, which was useful, and checkout was 11am but they allowed us to store our belongings and gave us a numbered ticket for later collection. It was a perfect stay with no faults, and we would definitely come back!
