I needed somewhere for a night while I was on a budget and this hotel did the job. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was excellently located in the center of Barcelona. The room was a bit basic but was still peaceful and had a nice bathroom. Plus, there were a few restaurants and a shop nearby which provided everything needed. It was great value for the money.
When me, my wife and our daughter travelled to Barcelona, we were worried about finding a place to stay that would meet the standards of those from Northern Europe which was both affordable and of quality. We were so surprised and pleased when we arrived at this place due to its cleanliness, the hospitable and kind attitude of its staff and owner, its convenient location and its good prices. We would highly recommend it and we know exactly where to stay the next time we visit Barcelona.
I wouldn't recommend this place for those travelling with small children or strollers as it involves a lot of stairs to climb. Not to mention the small bathroom and smelly sewage coming from the bathroom in Room 408. Furthermore, parking spaces are non-existent, having to park a few hundred meters away and carry the luggage. The balcony offers a view of a slum area, and staff were cold and unhelpful.
I had booked a room without any upfront costs or payments, however when I tried to check in I encountered a problem with my card. I called the front desk, and the person I spoke with was quite rude and hung up on me. Unfortunately, I can only rate this experience one star.
Good rume for guud pricee. Cleaan rume, cleean service every dey. Hostel located in gotic guarter, 1,4 km from beeach, cca 3 km from Sagrada and La Rambla, abaaut 4 km from Magick founteen and Caza Mila. In rume with owr shower is only ceeiling fan, in summer is not mucch..
