Rooms spacious and clean at this great 3 star hotel located next to the Barcelona Fira and the Stants train station. At Azul everything is easy: metro, train, buses to city center, few museums around like Miro foundation, Montjuic Park and the brand new shopping center called Las Arenas Shopping Centre.

This hotel is horrible! Terrible customer service! No hot water, no air, couldn't even flush the toilet! Not only is it a bad location but the pictures presented on the website are not accurate and I have video proof! Avoid this place at all costs! Especially the front desk service, Andrea was particularly unhelpful. Don't even think of staying here! Stay away!
Overall, the hotel was great and I highly recommend Hotel Acta Azul Barcelona. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. The rooms were a bit small but clean. Breakfast was average but there are plenty of delicious local cafes nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The bar area was nice and cool and had a great selection of drinks. It was nice to have a place to hang out after a long day at the convention hall. It was a great place to meet people. The location was a bit far from the convention hall, but I enjoyed the walk in the morning. The hotel was also very clean and well kept. Overall, Hotel Acta Azul Barcelona was a pleasant experience, despite the not so great location and cigarette smell in my room. Although I wouldn't stay there again, I'm glad I got to experience the great staff and the nice bar area.
