The Hotel Actual in the heart of Barcelona, just on Paseo de Gracia and a minute walk to La Pedrera of Gaudí, was built on an old building with the interior totally remade. This modern 3 stars hotel that has an excellent price / quality relation, surrounds us with elegant décor and a notable personnel. All services of a modern hotel, including free wifi. We recommend not to miss the breakfast.

I stayed at Hotel Actual for one night and it was a great stay. The location was perfect, right next to Diagonal Metro station and very quiet. The décor was trendy and fashionable, and the setup of the rooms was a bit like a rabbit warren upstairs. The check in staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, but I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I had to check out too early to be able to experience the breakfast service. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient stay in Barcelona.
My stay at Hotel Actual was nothing short of disastrous. While the website promised a pleasant and inviting experience, the reality was far from it. Upon my arrival, I discovered my room was worryingly close to the restaurant and the cleaning supplies room - separated by a single door! Each morning I was woken up by the cleaning staff slamming the door of the supplies room, followed by the noise from the restaurant itself. Such a terrible start to each day meant my exhaustion was evident throughout my stay and it was clear that I would never consider returning to this awful hotel.
