Travelled far and wide, and this is definitely ✅the best hotel I've stayed in. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. ?The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the facilities were top notch.? We stayed in a Junior Suite, giving our 3 year old plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was beyond satisfying; an array of fresh fruit, juices, cereals, cheeses, and even a full English if you wanted it. ?What stands out though is seeing a real honeycomb ?slab dripping pure honey into a bowl. ? Room service and housekeeping were equally as amazing; rooms were cleaned to a high standard and our daughter's toys were even arranged neatly on the bed. ?Location was great too; you could easily walk to a nearby shopping mall for all your needs, or take a ?taxi to the city centre. Barcelona is ?the best European city we've visited, and this hotel is the best we've ever stayed in. ? Already planning our next trip here, highly recommended! ?

The staff at this hotel made our stay so memorable. They welcomed us like family and nothing was ever too much to ask for. We created treasured memories that will stay with us forever. I stayed at a hotel for a business trip. Pros: - Strong air conditioning - Cleanliness - Decent breakfast for Spanish standards - Comfortable bed Cons: - Poor soundproofing against street noise - Room furniture quite worn out and could use an update - Not much happening in the surrounding area, there are nicer districts to be explored in Barcelona.

My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room provided was anything but basic; in fact it lacked even the basic amenities. Not only was there no power outlet beside the bed, but also the temperature of the air conditioner kept fluctuating, eventually switching off in the middle of the night. To add to the frustration, the bathroom was missing a door, and there was neither a coffee maker nor a kettle. Furthermore, the hotel was located in a remote area with no nearby attractions. It is quite clear that this establishment does not meet the standard of a four-star hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a relaxing break away! It's modern, clean, and offers professional service. The nearby area may be undergoing redevelopment, but don't let this deter you. It's a 15 minute walk to the shopping area and there are plenty of food and drink choices. The room was very spacious and had plenty of luxurious touches. The staff at the front desk were immensely helpful, and the bar tenders were great too. We especially loved the deserts that were served – they were absolutely delicious! The rooftop bar is a must-visit. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful stay!
